A little about me.
Hi, I'm Brent.
Originally from rural Queensland, I’ve always been drawn to technology, people and problem-solving.
Over 18 years in the digital industry, I’ve worked as a designer, developer, agency owner and project leader. During that time, I’ve delivered complex websites, developed custom e-commerce solutions, and provided independent strategic advice to businesses, organisations and boards.
More recently, I’ve taken on a new personal challenge: transitioning from digital technology into medicine. I’m currently completing an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science and aim to commence medical school in 2027.
To support this transition, I’ve stepped back from the demands of running an agency. I now work in a freelance capacity, partnering with a small number of businesses where my experience can make a meaningful difference.

I’m an early riser, so clients may hear from me at almost any hour—particularly at what most people would consider an ungodly time in the morning. If you enjoy a breakfast strategy meeting, I’m your guy.

Digital Crayon
I established Digital Crayon in 2015 as a full-service web & app development agency, servicing clients in a number of industries. Since launching the business I have grown our client base to over 80 small and medium enterprises and employ a team of 6 creatives, developers and support staff. We have built award winning web applications, websites and e-commerce platforms.
I divested from this business as of August 2025 in order to pursue studying full-time with a view to apply for entrance into a medical program in 2027/2028 and work as a freelance designer and developer.

Overseeing the management of IT Infrastructure, internal systems integration and communications management including the development of marketing campaigns, social media and press releases. Training staff members on internal business system.
