A little about me.
Hi, I'm Brent.
Originally from Rural Queensland, I've always been enamoured with technology, people and problem solving.
Having worked as a designer, developer and project leader I've built complex 2000+ page websites, implemented full e-commerce solutions processing over $5M annually and advised on a number of boards and to individual organisations needing an objective 3rd party.
In recent years, I've endeavoured upon a new personal challenge and career change. After 18 years working in the digital industry, I'm transitioning towards towards a career in Medicine.
I am currently undertaking a Biomedical Science undergraduate degree, and hope to enter Medical School in 2027.
In order to support my new career trajectory, I've decided to scale back from the busy demands of running an agency and am working in a freelance capacity with a select few businesses.
Though situated in Brisbane, Queensland, I work with clients from all over Australia, New Zealand and the US.
I'm an early riser, so clients often receive emails from me all times of the day, but especially at ungodly early hours of the morning. If you love a breakfast strategy meeting - I'm your guy.

Digital Crayon
I established Digital Crayon in 2015 as a full-service web & app development agency, servicing clients in a number of industries. Since launching the business I have grown our client base to over 80 small and medium enterprises and employ a team of 6 creatives, developers and support staff. We have built award winning web applications, websites and e-commerce platforms.
I divested from this business as of August 2025 in order to pursue studying full-time with a view to apply for entrance into a medical program in 2027/2028 and work as a freelance designer and developer.

Overseeing the management of IT Infrastructure, internal systems integration and communications management including the development of marketing campaigns, social media and press releases. Training staff members on internal business system.
